Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of the service staffs and their schedules
- Management of cashier system and daily settlements
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene of shop to company required standard
- Work to continually improve customer service within the restaurant
- Training of new staff
- Overseeing and ensuring that daily operations is carried out smoothly
- Maintain high level of customer service satisfaction and able to problem solve
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- 2-4 years F&B experience
