Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Have at least 1 year of working experience preferably in a salon, barbershop, or any customer-oriented establishment
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Background in cashiering is an advantage
- Organized and with good people skills
- With good communication skills
- Good work ethics and managerial/leadership skills
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
Tanggungjawab
- Welcome clients as they arrive in the salon and provide them with required information
- Take telephone calls and respond to inquiry put forth by callers
- Operate the cash registers, take payments for services rendered and issues change and receipts
- Take and records clients contact information in the salon database
- Determine clients needs for hair cutting and styling and suggest possible solutions
- Schedule appointments and ensure that any cancellations or readjustments are taken care of
- Directs branch employees and assists the Branch Manager in administrative functions
