• Recruitment of new students
• To liaise and to build good working relationships with potential parents, current students and parents
• To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual, short, middle and long term marketing plan to drive forward MIS objectives.
• Budget and budgetary control, manage and to identify advertising opportunities.
• To build and maintaining contacts with the media.
• To write and distributing press releases, when required.
• To prepare photo shoots for publicity and publications.
• To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers; and to work closely with the English Department in order to achieve this.
• To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• To maintain, build and update mailing databases.
• To maintain and update FB and MIS website.
• To organise and to attend educational events and exhibitions as part of marketing.
• To develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects or approved school events and projects.
• To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• To evaluate marketing campaigns.
• To monitor competitor activities.
• To support the Principal, Student Liaison Officer and other colleagues.
