• Lead Marketing Team (Strategies. Troubleshoot
• Plan and Execute Marketing Direction (Online / Offline) –
• Participates/Leads in marketing events such as tradeshows, related occasions,
• Contributing ideas and suggest for improvements as well as
• collaborate with other HOD Market Intelligence
• Undertake planning and drives marketing, promotions strategy
• Overview and develop team towards fostering innovation, Branding engagement and
Creativity
• Over view Proofreading creative copy/ Copy writing for social media campaigns and
monitor its performance
• Overview engagement in Marketing/ PR Materials (Graphics, Banner, Pamphlets, Poster &
Etc)
• Assist in Job task/ KPI setting, training and Hiring for the team (Sub) S&M
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and meet audiences (Product/ Placing
positioning)
• Overview on Customer /Audience relationship management, campaign and budget
proposal
• Plan, propose to Management (For consent) then monitor marketing or Campaign budget
for the team
• Engage in inhouse or Third (3rd) party promotional events, and branding activities
• Other adhoc request from Management

Requirements
Candidate must posses’ Diploma / Bachelor Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
At least 5 years experience Marketing / Preferably FMCG
Has 5 years in Senior Marketing Position
Able to communicate well with all levels
Able to multitask
