Responsibilities
• Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies/special projects
• Find new marketing strategy to attract new market segment via offline and online
• Organize & conduct online sales & marketing programs
• Manage and develop the company's social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram as the core marketing channels
• Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role at least 1 year
• Creative and commercial awareness.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required.
• Willing to travel, when required.
• Strong commitment towards achieving sales target.
