Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, he/she is responsible lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. He/she must have a Hotel background and strong knowledge in handling Union. To coordinate and to ensure correct selection, recruitment, training, development and administration of human resources in order to achieve business objectives, according to the local labour law and following the Meliá Hotels International HR policies. Also have to maintain and promote good work relations, employee satisfaction and a good working environment.
