1. To ensure the overall operation is running smoothly and effectively.
2. Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing training.
3. To prepare monthly duty roster and to make sure have sufficient manpower on duty at the counters.
4. managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
5. Manpower arrangement and recruitment.
6. To ensure counter’s stock level in line and stock movement in proper manner.
7. To ensure all the retail report and other documents (Overtime, claim form etc.) is submit
on Time.
8. To ensure counter’s stock level in line and stock movement in proper manner.
9. To encourage sales team towards the achievement of sales targets.
10. To feedback customer shopping behaviour and merchandising mix to the Products & Marketing Department.
