Report directly to HOD Finance
2.1 Report directly to HOD Finance
2.2 Filing of finance documentation.
2.3 Typing of correspondences.
2.4 Accounts data entry including stock.
2.5 Other admin aspects of the department.
2.6 Preparing financial reports.
2.7 Ensure up to date and prompt payments to creditors.
2.8 Organize payment to suppliers and prepare payment lists.
2.9 Assist the Finance Manager or Head of Department with the
preparation of financial forecasts and planning.
2.10 reparation and submissions of current sales tax dues to Customs.
2.11 Responsible to take up long-term loan repayment.
2.12 You may be assigned any other duties that the Management deems fit from time to time.
2. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
Female Candidate
Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Senior Officer at a manufacturing company.
Proficient to advanced knowledge and experience with computers, Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel), and bookkeeping software.
Familiar with finance and accounting regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
Own transport and have a driving license.
