Overview:

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to explore the opportunity to work abroad/outside of Malaysia to gain international exposure to join our exciting and fast moving CS team. With offices in multiple countries spanning across Asia and Europe, we can provide a platform for the right candidate to grow and take their career to the next level.

Job Purpose:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Work Location: Makati City, Philippines.

  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin (written and oral)
  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
  • Service minded personnel with interest in helping and working with customers
  • Should be able to ameliorate customer service skills
  • A positive individual with a "can do", results driven approach and attitude
  • Ability to deliver high levels of service with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit
  • Able to handle customer complaints and deal effectively with upset customers

Tanggungjawab

  • Will handle the China customers
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (email/Chat)
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Provide a friendly and professional welcome to customers, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organization
  • Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
  • Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • To perform ad hoc duties assigned by team leader when needed
