Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Humanc Resource or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skills(s): Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Deadline oriented, positive attitude, problem solving, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Analytical, meticulous, responsible, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude, team player and self-discipline.
Tanggungjawab
- Checking customer payments order.
- Able to pay close attention to detail and to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- To prepare invoices, payments, payroll, and other general accounting tasks.
- Assist in handling accounting/admin matters for all.
- To perform other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments when required.
- Maintain all the accounting records and filing system in proper manner.
- Keep records all daily transactions and payments.
- Ordering and update stocks from supplier.
- Maintenance and updating of employees information in HR system.
- Monitor and record staff attendance.
- In charge of requirement (new and resign).
- Provide support on month end and year end closing and complete monthly close procedures.
