Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Daily attendance for Site Staff HLA Integrated Sdn Bhd & S.I Protech Sdn Bhd
2. Leave matters – updating all leave records on a daily basis
3. Responsible for OT calculation for salary – monthly
4. Responsible for Medical Claim calculation-monthly
5. Responsible for Payroll processing including overtimes, increments, EA forms preparations & produce related reports and documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.
6. Handling recruitment for new staff. Prepare advertisements in JobStreet and Linkedln etc, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates and staff training.
7. Handling all correspondence such as performance appraisal, confirmation, termination, increment, promotion letters, etc. – for contract renewal. To ensure all employees personal files correspondences in Databank has been scanned.
8. Provide advice and counseling in all disciplinary issues and ensure that actions taken by the company are in conformity with the labour laws and company's rules and regulations. – if any queries.
9. Handling new employee to the company – to ensure workstation is ready with laptop/desktop. This includes getting quotation for the above (backup).
