1. Develop and implement integrated plans for the "Sales & Marketing Team" to assist growth initiatives involving the operation of transportation, warehousing, and storage of goods.
2. Responsible for carrying out surveys, analyzing and summarizing available information to identify to improve the existing services to ensure that the company is always in line with current trends.
3. Responsible to conduct research on potential customers, mainly companies from Japan and China for the company can further develop better business direction.
4. Update the existing customers with the latest information and service provided by our company.
5. Communicate with the existing customers to strengthen existing contracts, improve the quality of services offered, deal with complexities about operational specifications as well as offer advice to the customer if required.
6. Prepare monthly and annual reports and subsequently present them to the Managing Director on the progress of the company's operations for evaluation and improvement purposes.
