Kelayakan
- Must posses at least SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Must able to write and read in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good Communication skills
- 6 working days per week
- Ability to work in shifts
- Morning shifts : 8.00AM to 5.00PM
- Evening shifts : 3.00PM to 12.00PM
Tanggungjawab
- Manage large amount of incoming calls & WhatsApp
- Generate sales lead
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method
- Handle customer complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limit, follow up to ensure resolution
- Arrange customer appointment and update booking sheet
- Perform after sales call to customer
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
