Kelayakan
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Jaya, JB.
- Possess own transport.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail functions.
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Required to wear a mask while in the office.
- Required to do temperature check, check in MySejahtera and sanitise themselves before enter to the office.
Tanggungjawab
- Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals / contracts for leads / inquires
- Handles all incoming & outgoing correspondence of supervising Sales Managers.
- Responsible for typing and filing all correspondence such as Proposals, Thank You letters, etc.
- Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
- To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly communication, daily briefings are scheduled and held to pass on important information
- Key in & meet turn around time for Sales Checking and Submission.
- To generate various report within the timeline.
- Responsible on Day to Day Sales & General Administrative Tasks.
- To attend customer enquiries.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments
