Job Description ( Location At Penang)
1. Support operation related to IT issues, troubleshoot and resolve network
2. Troubleshoot a broad range of software, hardware failures and identification network problem
3. IT system installation works for project implementation at site
4. Required to perform onsite service at clients’ location
5. Able to troubleshoot, diagnose IT hardware, software, fix problems, perform onsite service and installation
6. Able to perform all ELV hardware installation, configurations, upgrades and software backup
7. Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents
8. Resolve IT Infrastructure problems, providing end-user support on hardware and software
9. Ensure daily that the servers are running efficiently by performing upgrading and maintenance tasks on hardware and software, resolving technical problems, overseeing their activity level, ensuring server security and developing new system structure when necessary
10. Install, configuration of the operating systems and software
11. Able to multi-tasking and to work independently
12. Knowledge of network computer and setting access control configurations
13. Digital Call and Door Access, problem analysis and resolution
Requirement
1. Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
2. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
3. Have GDL License
4. Must have min 3 years’ experience in IT Technician
5. Good communications and presentations skills
