Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
• Participates and cooperate in all OSH activities organized by the management.
• To attend all OHS training when requested.
• To report all accident/incidents within 24 hrs.
• To report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to immediate superior immediately.
• Ensure adherence to OHSMS requirements
• Ensure adherence to organization rules and regulations
• Accountable for personal safety and health matters & action that causing safety and health matters to fellow workers
• Conduct basic daily quality control operation and non-routine tests by abiding to the standard operating procedures to ensure timely and accurate results are obtained and reported (in logsheet & LIMS) so that quality status is clearly defined.
• Conduct standard reference check, repeatability & reproducibility as instructed by chemist
• Support OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 management systems to ensure compliance to company and department objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering and related field.
• Basic knowledge of chemical and physical testing.
• Able to write and communicate in simple English.
