Tanggungjawab
- Respond to all customer emails, wechat messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon.
- Advise existing or potential customers by answering questions about products and services.
- Solve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to the problem.
- Support learners to recommend Kung Fu English to their personal network.
- Recommend potential services and improvements to management by analysing and collecting customer feedback.
