Kelayakan
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Tanggungjawab
- To answer telephone calls and re-route as appropriate to relevant personnel;
- Responsible for greeting visitors, handling general inquiries from the public and providing information related to the company;
- To carry out general office administration and clerical duties including doing routine clerical works, typing correspondence and filling;
- To handle including incoming/outgoing mails, courier and service correspondence;
- To monitor, sort and distribute all incoming faxes and mail, correspondence and parcels;
- Monitor telephone extension call – check reporting printing, submit report;
- To key in and compile outgoing courier into database;
- To support other’s colleagues task if the perspective person absent;
- To handle other tasks required and duties as when requested by Superior.
