Kelayakan
- At least more than 2 Year of related experience specialized in Operations, Customer Services, or equivalent.
- Experience in inventory management, customer sales support.
- Able to find solutions to various challenges.
- Able to lead & manage the team and provide support in all operation aspect.
Tanggungjawab
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations which is included for Customer Service, Warehouse Operations as well as Technical Department.
- Engaging with each function leader to drive all KPI’s.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase customer service satisfaction.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors.
