Kelayakan
- Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin and English
- Knowledge in RM software- HubSpot will be an advantage
- Experience in Retail Environment
- Technology Savvy people
- Open-minded, proactive, flexible and self-motivated
- Positive energy, go challenging!!
- Possess at least 1 year of customer relation management experience
Tanggungjawab
- Delivering excellent customer service to customer via phone. This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
- Maintain related showroom/ warehouse order fulfilment system
- On-time Customer Service Form sending & follow-up. Attend to customers' inquiry and provide timely support whenever required
- Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.
- Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally
- Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation.
- Documentation handling & filing

WORKING HOUR: Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm, Alternate Saturday
