Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Autocad, SketchUp, Vray, 3D Studio Max, or any rendering software, Adobe Illustator & Adobe PhotoShop
- Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts / Drafting / Creative / Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Flair in Interior Design.
- Strong artistic, critical thinking skills are important.
- Willing to work long hours & occasional weekends.
Tanggungjawab
- To prepare and coordinate design concept, materials board, planning and drafting for client / presentation purpose.
- To prepare construction drawing plans, sections, elevations, details and specifications.
- Manage to communicate with team members, scheduling meetings with client, overseeing contractors, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity with minimal guidance.
- Well verse in Autocad, Sketch Up, Vray, 3D Max or any rendering sotfware .
- Meet with clients to establish a vision for design
- Have a good knowledge of materials and their application.
- Updates job status to superiors and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Keeping up-to-date with technological and software developments.
