- Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work on Sunday.
Tanggungjawab
- Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit.
- Manage the reception counter by greeting, welcoming, answer customers inquiry.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming call/ email while provide basic dental information to customers.
- Daily appointment reminder.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Education patient post treatment care.
- Complaint case handle.
- Handling international communication.
