Kelayakan
- Minimum 5 years HR working experiences
- Good knowledge of the current HR practices and sound knowledge in Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory-related requirements
- Good interpersonal & communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Good personality & good communication skill
- Performance-driven and a team player
- Must be analytical and strategic thinking, ability to lead is a must for this position
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits , industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- To ensure payroll datelines are met.
- Manage and ensure all employees database is accurate/up-to-date.
- Monitor on probation period/confirmation date for the probationer.
- Oversee orientation for new staff, new staff registration, related procedure & documentation
- Conducting orientation for new staff, new staff registration, related procedures & documentation,
- To liaise with monthly statutory contribution, Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
- Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
- Administer and process staff leaves records and medical.
- Preparation of HR Department correspondences of HR letters.
- Handling employee counselling, misconduct investigation, grievances.
