Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM/STPM for a Clinic Assistant (with good English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Willing to learn and take challenges
- Honest and disciplined
- Fast learner preferred
- Fresh graduate / no medical background is welcome, as long as you are keen to learn, we are keen to teach!
- Must be computer literate.
- Candidate with clinical and customer service experience will be an advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Greets visitors and all patients professionally.
- Attend to patients’ enquiries courteously, efficiently and promptly
- Informs therapist/doctors/PIC of patient arrival and escorts patient to treatment room
- Routinely stocks the linen cabinets and maintains appropriate levels of linen
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensures all patients, visitors, and staff are well served by providing a pleasant and organized atmosphere that is appropriate for all visitors.
- Make sure all clinic medical devices are in good order
- Maintaining clinic upkeep and cleanliness.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
