Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong in English writing and speaking, fluent in Mandarin.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and computer literated.
- Love working in a fast-growing and challenging environment.
- Energetic and organized.
- Must be able to communicate and organize well.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and analytical mind.
- Having the ability to handle a full set of accounts will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Tanggungjawab
- To input data and maintain client records
- To handle all documentation arrangements
- To reconcile expenses forms & client returns
- To handle the ordering of stationary, water, and office supplies
- To attend to both office or Director's personal matters, when required, such as Financial, Legal, Investment & Banking matters
- To provide a reception service and welcoming visitors
- To assist senior management in ad hoc assignments
- To Liaise with the ministry of education or other government departments
- To Assist academic head in recording the and publishing students results.
