Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is required.
- Candidate must be well versed in managing Facebook, Instagram & Twitter content.
Tanggungjawab
- Managing brand's online presence in line with brands's identity and image.
- Planning and creating engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube.
- Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Monitoring, tracking, analysing and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Facilitating all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the brand and ensure a positive customer service experience. Responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Undertaking audience and trend research and evaluation. Be up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
- Analysing competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency.
