Kelayakan
- Candidate must be possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent fields 2
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision for Design and Build Works
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultant and contractors
- Ability to monitor construction work programme
- Ability to lead the project consultants and liaison with local authorities independently
- Ability to work independently and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for all inspection and supervisory role over the contractor’s works.
- Supervise the Interior Design (ID) construction works and ensure that the quality/workmanship/material for all ID construction works and various ID sub-trades are in accordance to the drawing, specification, within the acceptable tolerance and industry standard.
- Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Vet through in detail the ID construction drawing in relation to other trades/ site condition and highlight to the Consultant on any discrepancy
- Proper documentation of all activities on site.
- Ensure contractor comply to construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conforms to the required standards.
- Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultant & authorities on all site matters.
- Daily reporting to client's group
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior IT out project management
