We are hiring Customer Care Executives (English) to join our client’s team who is one of the globally renowned organisations. Apply now for your next career move!
- Candidates with SPM/Diploma/Degree are welcomed to apply
- Strong spoken and written communicator, friendly, energetic
- Minimum 12 months of experience in BPO/Call Center industry preferred
- Prior experience in supporting the International market will be an added advantage
- Able to start immediately
Tanggungjawab
- Handle inbound telephone calls, emails, live chats efficiently.
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer queries effectively and to their complete satisfaction.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through a consultative approach.
- Keep the customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
- Continuously educate one’s self with up-to-date and relevant information to support the customer service operations.
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team
environment seeking feedback and open to development.
