Kelayakan
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be an additional bonus.
- Able to work rotational shift during retail hours (10:00AM to 9:00PM), public holiday and weekends (5 days per week).
- Fast learner and passion in sales.
- Possess positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to navigate unexpected situations.
Tanggungjawab
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Responsible for daily sales activities, i.e preparing quotations, sales order, follow up, sell and promoting furniture.
- Meet or exceed personal & showroom sales targets and contribute to month-over-month growth.
- Attend to walk in customers by providing pre and post sales consultation service.
- Attend interior design enquiries and preparing proposal for customer by proposing furniture that suit with their space and preference.
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects.
- Attend to all customers' complaint and ensure all the complaints are followed through.
- Provide regular update, feedback and support to superior.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Adhere to showroom operational requirement and maintain showroom tidiness and cleanliness.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by superior.
