Tanggungjawab

We are looking for the perfect candidate who :
Has a Bachelor's Degree or at least a Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 3 years account / admin experience in property development or construction
companies.
Strong multitasking skills.
Excellent organizational skills and has a very very good memory.
Strong mathematics background.
Computer literate and able to write well in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to converse well in Mandarin.
Your key responsibilities are:
Book keeping using SQL system, filing, petty cash management, cashflow management and
preparation for annual audit.
Liaise with company secretary, banks or external organization.
Manage monthly payroll, EPF/Socso and HR related matters
Followup on post-sales administrative work (billings, collection, filing etc)
Sales support and overall administrative work.
