Requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience will add on advantage
- Only for MALAYSIAN
- Open for fresh graduate to apply
- Must be fluent in English add on advantage
- Located next door to Pavilion 2
- A team of like-minded young people
- Have the opportunity to introduce your creation to customers.
Tanggungjawab
- To greet customers with utmost courtesy and escort customers to their tables;
- To ensure that the tables and utensils are arranged as per SOP;
- To repeat the order from customer and/ or attend to customer queries to ensure quality guest services;
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene are kept to the standard;
- To coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- To handle payment transactions;
- To serve Wines & beverages to the customer;
- Reply customers on social media;
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Management;
- Check on daily reservation list;
- Contact guest and remind on the reservation and confirming on main course;
- Solving special request and handling complaints;
- Make sure customers are aware on the T&C
