Kelayakan
- 10 years of Admin hands-on working experience.
- Candidates with Healthcare Industry experience have an added advantage.
- Minimal qualification: Diploma/ Degree holder.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for Hospital Admin Department's day to day operations and administrative matters of Outsourced Service Providers and Retailers.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirement by authority bodies.
- Ensure the hospital operations is in compliant to various quality accreditations.
- Lead the Store (Surgical & Domestic) Department, ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Proactively work with internal and external customers to grow and develop the support services of the hospital.
- Provide a safe, healthy, and friendly environment to all occupants of the hospital.
- Accountable for the execution and monitoring, including but not limited to: board paper and business proposal writing.
