Kelayakan
- Have at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Advantage of having team management skill.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
- No specific education level required.
- Required language(s): English / Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Working closely with the Executive Chef and all kitchen crew to execute & manage kitchen menu and ensure kitchen run smoothly.
- Able to lead, develop, manage, motivate and train the kitchen crew. R&D improve and manage menu with the Executive Chef.
- Food presentation and creating decorative food displays.
- Handle suppliers, ordering costs, and inventory management.
- Responsible for the standard and quality of food production adhering to food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Plan and execute the deployment of kitchen crew.
- Protect kitchen assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
- Plan and implement new ideas and work closely with Management.
