At lease 1 year working experience in related field.
Good personality, fast learner and high responsibility.
Possess own transport.
Willing to travel and execute out-of-office duty.
To conduct induction training for new workers.
To assist in foreign worker matters: arranging Fomema medical check up, renewal/ cancellation of work permit, arrange to open bank account and liaise with related government/ private agencies such as Immigration, clinics and etc.
To conduct hostel inspection and prepare hostel inspection report.
To monitor worker usage of utilities in hostels and collect payment for exceeded limit usage.
Responsible for admin task such as arrange staff travel matters, hotel booking, flights, travel claims and ensure on-time payment for hotel and travel agencies.
Assist other HR/Admin job and front desk job if necessary.
