Pemohon harus memiliki minimum Diploma
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related, or
- SPM with at least 1 years experience in HR or office administration
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Posses driving License D
- Prepare monthly HRA reporting on KPI status for Benefits Administration including leave management, staff attendance, medical expenses, GHIS, etc.
- Maintain and update the HR system and database, as well as staff personal record and filing system from time to time.
- Manage Monthly Calculations of staff allowances and overtime and to arrange Monthly Payments including rental and utilities, billing payments, etc and staff monthly claim.
- Support Company’s events and initiatives.
- Take on ad-hoc or additional responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
