A new Marketing Manager role for a well-known financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire. This will be a full mix marketing role, focusing on the marketing delivery plan. The role will involve direct line management of two marketing executives.

My client are a well-known financial services organisation with offices in Bradford. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their delivery marketing team.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager will include:

• Working on multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
• Owning the delivery plans for digital marketing, including email marketing and PPC
• Managing two Marketing Executives
• Working closely with the senior leadership team in developing the marketing strategy
• Creating engaging content for a variety of digital channels
• Reporting on Marketing ROI

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- 3+ years experience in Marketing, preferably in a management capacity
- Direct line management experience is essential
- Experience working for an in-house marketing team in a large business
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong grasp of marketing communications development
- Good understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email marketing and PPC
