MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Marketing assistants support all the efforts and operations carried out by marketing managers and officers. They prepare reports in relation to the marketing operations needed by other departments, especially account and financial divisions. They ensure that resources needed by the managers to perform their job are in place.

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
Language : Malay, Better if able to speak Chinese & English
Requirement :
- Experience in online marketing is advantages.

Job Scope:
-Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
-Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
-Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
-Execute activities driven by data analytics.
-Identify strategic business partnerships.
-Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
-Implement the e-commerce activities.
-Maintain business partnerships.
-Manage a diverse service environment.
-Manage the operations for good service.
