Page Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a well known national business within the supply chain / manufacturing sector, who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager. This role will be based a their Dewsbury based offices and will be o-site 4 days per week

Description

• Provide, management and leadership to the customer service team, ensuring they have all tools available to do their role successfully, including regular training, development and 1-2-1's
• Oversight of all sales order receipts within your team
• Ownership of the customer order book, ensuring all customers receive their orders on time in full
• Drive OTIF target through continuous improvement activities across the business
• Ensure the team accurately input orders on SAP system
• Collaborate with internal supply chain team to ensure customer levels are met
• Implement KPI's and create meaningful reports to present to director level
• Manage any escalated customer issues in a timely manor

Job Offer

The Customer Service Manager will join a national supply chain / production business based at their offices on the outskirts of Dewsbury.

Location wise, the business has great links to the M62 and is accessible from Wakefield, Leeds, Bradfrod, Huddersfield & Halifax

Salary on offer between 40,000 & 43,000 dependent on experience along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, strong pension offering

This will be 4 day on site and 1 day from home. Working hours are 08-30 to 17-00 Monday to Friday
