Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing & implementation of company policies and practices. Managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.Job Requirements: Degree in Human Resources preferred. At least 5 years work experience in HR Management, preferably in a managerial capacity Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
