Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM graduate
- Preferably with 1 years experience retail
- We are interested in hiring high potential fresh graduates looking for career progression within the FMCG industry
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia - proficiency in MS Office system is a must.
- Able to travel for work and work in different conditions
- Okay with occasionally working on weekend during store set up periods
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- Assist the planogram and merchandising team in arranging stocks and checking on store merchandising based on set planogram
- Assist the marketing and purchasing team in setting up and arranging in-store campaigns or marketing initiatives
- Ensure that stores are kept clean and well managed (ie. cleanliness of shelves and glass doors, storeroom and toilets are kept clean and lights are fully functioning)
- Assist the merchandising and project team in store set up and fitin during new store opening periods
- Conduct in store research (ie. customer satisfaction, product gaps, complaints, and market research)
- Develop and maintain good relationship with our existing suppliers
