Kelayakan
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in the paint and coating industry
- Good communication skills within departments, customers and suppliers
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Be innovative and progressive and be aware of market demands
Tanggungjawab
- Head the R & D department
- Improve existing product formulations and initiate new products development
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions and recommendations
- Liaise with existing and new suppliers as well as source alternative supply chains to improve the quality and costs of our products
