Kelayakan
- Diploma in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated, Independent, Committed, and Result oriented.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Tiktok is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to do copywriting in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing software.
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
- Create awareness of and develop company's brands.
- Plan and manage social media channel marketing campaigns with creative ideas, preparing proposal, analysing of the effectiveness of each promotion, and report the results.
- Content creation, copywriting & scheduling for various platform including website, email and social media posting.
- Create online video adverts (IG , Tik tok, xiaohongshu) for products, services and brands, take part in pre and post- production process including storyboard and editing
- Able to run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok & Google using conversion objectives to get leads for sales on the website.
- Monitor progress of campaigns/projects using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- To prepare and design marketing materials such as catalogue, flyer, etc.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
