Tanggungjawab
- Responsible to operate machinery and to ensure production run as per standard operation procedures.
- Find sheetboard, prepare colour in machine.
- Set up printing job according to work order & master card.
- Support manufacturing, process monitoring and troubleshooting machines.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the order
- Liaise with Printer QC to check the first printing before proceed with batch run.
- Controls, organises and monitors the flow of printed materials in a printing machine.
- Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
- Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, color sequences.
- Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification
- Complying with health and safety standards and workplace
- Cleaning equipment, machinery and surrounding floor area at the end of each working day.
- Actively participate in 5s and audit processes
- Main duty is organizing the racking system for easy loading.
- Arrange finish goods in racking.
- Prepare good for loading according to schedule.
- Prepare urgent delivery goods.
- Clear expired goods and send for scrap process.
- Check & ensure all good has proper label.
- Load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas.
- Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
- Checking loads are secure
- Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks battery and lubricating equipment
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
- Maintain 5S at racking area.
