Kelayakan
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
- Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U or Diploma level & above
- Required skill: MS Office
- With 2 years & above relevant working experience in HR/Admin
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good in co-ordination, follow up & communication skills
- Conversant with Employee Act, Industrial Relation Act, and any other statutory regulations
- Computer literate
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment
Tanggungjawab
- To support for full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration role
- To manage HR (recruitment, orientation, training & development, payroll, compensation & benefit, foreign worker application, procedures & policies and etc.)
- To provide Admin operations support (stationery, office expenses, staff welfare & insurance, fleet maintenance &documentation and etc.)
- To implement employee benefits program and ensure compliance with policy and procedure
- Other HR & admin functions as and when assigned by superior from time
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to HR & Office Admin Issues
