Diploma-Bachelor's Degree
- Female Only
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- Well versed in related regulations and laws e.g Malaysia Labour Laws, Industrial Relation, IRB,EPF and Socso regulations and rules
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferable with 1-2 years of working experience in HR Generalist role.
- Committed, responsible, initiative and able to work under stress / extra hours
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Tanggungjawab
- Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure the payroll is accurate in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulation.
- Support in the recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff to fulfill current and projected manpower needs.
- Support and assisting in performance appraisal, training need assessment and training & development programmes
- To handle foreign workers ‘work permit renewal & passport validity extension and other related matters
- To liaise with various government departments, embassies, organization and bank for HR related purpose.
- Manage the all grievance & industrial relation matters and discipline case in compliance with labor laws
- Managing employees’ database, staffs’ movement, attendance and leave
- Coordinate and conduct orientation for new employee
- Other responsibilities assigned by superior
