Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Degree in Food Science.
- Have at least 3 years or above relevant working experience.
- Able converse in Mandarin and English.
- Highly organized and able to multi task efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and document control knowledge.
Tanggungjawab
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards to ensure compliance to standards, regulation and company’s strategy.
- Develops, conduct and monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Report and coordinate all initiations of corrective and preventive actions in response to any identified non-conformances, customer complaints, and potential food hazards.
- Manage internal and external audit process, preparing internal subject matter experts for audits, and ensure that non-conformances and audit follow-up are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform yearly plan for internal audit and conduct internal training on GMP, safety program and HALAL.
- Ensure that incoming raw materials and direct packaging materials meet the required quality standard.
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers pertaining to issues on food regulatory standards and secures requirements and data from them.
- Participates in NPD and work together with R&D department to determine new product specifications.
- Ensures all products are of good quality by working together with Production Department.
- Managing the development and implementation of the food safety system for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including: Planning duties among the QA/QC staff and related work schedules; Establish service standards for internal department or external customer; Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction for all QA/QC personnel.
