Place: Seksyen 31, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Salary: RM2400-RM2800
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00-17:30
Lunch Break: 12:15pm-13:00pm
Saturday once a month
Job Function:
・ Sales and marketing enquiries, feedback or complaints
・ Prepare PO, Issue Invoice
・ Prepare and delivery packaging and shipping
・ Stock control with marketing spare parts
・ Perform other ad-hoc duties, and initiatives as assigned when required
Requirements:
・ At least min. SPM holder with at least 2 years relavant experience in marketing assistant or sales support
・ Fresh graduate in diploma/degree is welcome
・ 1-3 year working experience in sales support/sales admin is welcome
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
・ Language: English & BM
・ Strong compressive ability, able to work under pressure
・ The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent time management skills
・ Posse own transport
