Kelayakan
- 1 - 2 years experiences as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role; or
- 1 - 2 years experiences customer service management; or
- 1 - 2 years experiences in restaurant operations; or
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Prior hospitality experience preferred;
- High school graduate or equivalent required;
- Food Handlers Certification required;
- Basic food & beverage knowledge include food safety;
- Computer literacy;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Must be able to work within flexible work schedule, as schedule may include weekends and/or holidays;
- Must complete a company mandatory cash-handling class;
- Must be team-oriented with the ability to accomplish goals and projects;
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel;
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of outlet operations
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
- Communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
