Kelayakan
- Must possess a certificate/diploma in accounting or finance.
- At least 1/2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must possess a minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SQL Accounting Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular with Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Eye for detail and accuracy with able to work in minimum supervision.
- Conscious of timelines and deadlines related to office matters.
- Able to start work in a short period.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle full set of accounts, include overseeing account payable, receivable, ledger function and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare invoices & delivery orders and payment submissions in a timely manner
- Assist in the budgeting process and prepare income & expenses analysis.
- Filing and accounting documents on a monthly basis
- General data entry and office administration work.
- Supervise and manage the office.
