Job Requirements
- Ensuring effective procedures are in place regarding employee conduct
- Reviewing benefit plans
- Identifying ways to attract qualified applicants
- Addressing staff discipline and investigating staff complaints
- Supervising staff
- Work closely with Operations to manage employee-related matters such as onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees
